Lean Eats Meals are made fresh on the same day as delivery/pickup. Your meals will stay good for 4-5 days if kept properly refrigerated. Putting your meals in the freezer will help them last longer, for up to 3 weeks.
We recommend that you heat each meal in the microwave for 1-1.5 minutes.
We will always aim to have your meals delivered or scheduled for pickup within 2 days after purchase. Due to volume and unpredictable issues, some orders may be delayed for no more than one business day.
Once you place your order for pickup, we will reach out to you with the same email you used for purchase to arrange a pickup time frame for you.
You will recieve a text message when you order is ready and on its way to you, as well as once it is delivered.
If you need to cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to resolve any issues, although if your order has already been processed there are no cancellations.

Many of our products are gluten-free (Listed in description, if so). Although they are not made in a gluten-free facility.
Our basic meals are a great and affordable option that range from $6.99-$10.99.
